Usage: Medical industry product catalog (distributed worldwide), online catalog, website, possible advertisement in medial industry publications, product collateral, PowerPoint presentations, instruction for use videos (stills used in video)
Rate: $1,000/ 4 hrs + $500 buyout fee + 20% agency fee + gas/tolls reimbursement
COVID- 19 Safety Protocols:
- Prior to shoot, the studio and private bathroom will be cleaned with Lysol, including all table surfaces, etc.
- All people present at the photo shoot will be required to wear masks, including talent, photographer, and Beekley staff.
- All CDC recommendations regarding social distancing will be adhered to except for when the marker is being placed on talent by Beekley staff.
STORY LINE:
This shoot will capture the placement of medical grade skin markers on the body to demonstrate their use to radiologists, dosimetrist and physicists during radiation therapy treatment planning for cancer patients.
[PARTS MODEL]
Female, ages 25-45. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL RACES, ESPECIALLY SEEKING BIPOC TALENT. Please read in its entirety and only submit if you feel comfortable with all of the terms. Seeking parts model (chest and torso) who is comfortable having her breasts and torso photographed for skin markers (product) used for breast radiation therapy. IMAGES WILL BE FACELESS, SO TALENT WILL BE UNIDENTIFIABLE. Please see attached PowerPoint for visual clarification. Talent will be shot lying on her back on a flat table. Must have small to average cup size, no tattoos or visible scars on or around the breast or torso and must have a small, average or athletic build. Self-tape will require wearing a string bikini top or non-structured bra to determine bust shape while lying on back. Callbacks will be virtual where talent and director can ask each other additional questions. The shoot will take place in a photography studio in Connecticut. There will be staff from Beekley Medical present in order to ensure that the skin marker product is placed properly on the model. Staff will include product manager (female), graphic artist (female), and Director of Training who has a nursing background (male).

**it is imperative that all files are labeled as instructed with YOUR FULL NAME (FILES WITHOUT NAMES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)
