STORY LINE:
This campaign is to educate New York on the state’s adult-use cannabis market and amplify “Why Buy Legal” from the dispensaries being built across the state. New York is enforcing regulations and issuing licenses to cultivators, processors, and retailers, so when you buy cannabis, you can have peace of mind that your products were grown and tested with a focus on quality assurance and public health. The campaign also highlights the historic social equity efforts to use tax revenue to reinvest in communities who were most impacted by the over-policing of cannabis.
