Usage: Non-broadcast for educational purposes only on Judiciary website, various municipal settings and social media (FULL BUYOUT, IN PERPETUITY)
Rate: $500/10 hrs. + $300 buyout + 10% + travel pay (train fare or $100 for gas) + hotel + $35 food allowance

STORYLINE:
The two videos on victims rights are part of an ongoing effort by the Maryland Judiciary to educate Maryland residents about the law.
 
 
SEEKING:


[TELEPROMPTER PRO (WOMAN)]
BIPOC, woman identifying, 40 to 55 years old. A teleprompter pro, seasoned actor who is multi-faceted and exudes friendliness, approachability with an air of expertise on the subject matter. Talent must be local to Hartford, CT or resides in the neighboring states. ALL TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
 
 
[TELEPROMPTER PRO (MAN)]
BIPOC, man identifying, 35 to 45 years old. A teleprompter pro, seasoned actor who is multi-faceted and exudes friendliness, approachability with an air of expertise on the subject matter. Talent must be local to Hartford, CT or resides in the neighboring states. ALL TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Deadline to submit self-tape: 9pm EST, Friday 12/1/23
  • Submit two separate tapes (do not combine to one tape)

 

TAPE #1 (SELF-TAPE)

  1. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD AUDITION COPY.
  2. Wardrobe is business casual. Make-up and hair is natural, neat and professional.
  3. Mid-shot frame, top of head to waist.
  4. Use a teleprompter app, position it as close to the camera as possible. Look directly into the camera at eye level, body square to camera.
  5. Please check to make sure you are in focus and well lit against a clean, simple background with very clear audio.
  6. Label file as written:VICTIM SERVICES_SELF-TAPE_FULL NAME

TAPE #2 (SLATE)

  1. Close-up shot (top of head to chest)
  2. State name, preferred pronouns, height and location base
  3. State your vaccination and booster status
  4. State your teleprompter experience level (beginner, intermediate or advanced)
  5. State if you are willing to be clean shaven (if applicable)
  6. State, “I agree to the full buyout and in perpetuity terms”
  7. Label file as written: VICTIM SERVICES_SLATE_FULL NAME
