STORY LINE:
Seconds Count is a 12 minute video designed to instruct educators, students, and parents on how to respond to an emergency at their school. Because of the sensitive nature of these emergencies, this video will not try to recreate these emergency situations but instead, will take you through each step involved that will cover the 5 standardized responses used to address emergencies in schools. The students and teacher will demonstrate what these procedures look like and how to effectively carry them out.
SEEKING:
 

[HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS]
Females and Males, 13-18 yrs. old, all ethnicities.  Principal non-speaking roles where students will interact in every phase of the instructional video.  MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AS LOCAL HIRE.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Email:

  • jpeg of headshot/pic/selfie
  • pdf of resume (if available)

  • self-tape (see below)

2.  Attach Self-Tape 1:

  • Close-up:  state name, agency (if applicable), height, weight, location base, age (minors only)
  • State, “I can self-report to Ravena, NY”
  • Zoom out:  full body shot and profiles

3.  Attach Self-Tape 2:

  • In 30 seconds or less, tell us what you would do to keep your school safe if you were in charge.
