LOCATION:  Albany, NY
USAGE: Non-broadcast, OVS website and YouTube channel
RATE:  $750/8 + hotel + gas reimbursement + (M&IE) per diem + 10% talent agent fee (hotel/gas for non-locals only)

COVID-19 ENFORCED SAFETY MEASURES:

  • temperature taken upon arrival
  • skeleton crew wearing masks
  • talent will wear mask (unless on camera)
  • proper sanitation, when appropriate
  • social distancing procedures, 6 feet apart
  • no unauthorized people on set

STORYLINE:
This is a series of training videos for the NYS Office of Victim Services, to help OVS grantees become familiar with the OVS Grant process.

SEEKING:
[ON-CAMERA & VOICE-OVER SPOKESPERSON]
Female or Male, 30 to 50 years old. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL RACES, ESPECIALLY SEEKING BIPOC talent. ONLY SEASONED TALENT WHO EXCEL IN BOTH TELEPROMPTER AND VO ARTISTRY NEED APPLY. Seeking an actor with range skilled in performing long form, technical copy with ease. Presence is natural and conversational, tones are warm and nuanced. This is a 3 day shoot with a possibility of a 4th day for pick-ups, date tbd. There will be 10 instructional videos at most, running approximately 5-15 minutes each. IN THE EVENT OF TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID-19, PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO A PRO STUDIO FOR VO AND VIDEO RECORDING.

Tape 1:

  • (close up) slate name / agency / height / location base
  • state, “I can self-report to Albany by car”
  • state if you have access to a professional VO studio and/or video recording studio
  • (zoom out) full body and profiles

Tape 2:
