SYNOPSIS:
After not winning a procurement contract, a vendor formally requests a debriefing meeting with a NYS agency to discuss reasons why they did not secure the award and how they can improve their chances next time.

 

SEEKING: 


[JANET]
Female, late 30s-early 40s, all races especially seeking BIPOC talent. JANET is the Purchasing Officer for a NYS agency who explains the reasons why a vendor did not secure a procurement contract. This role requires a SEASONED ACTOR with EXCELLENT MEMORIZATION SKILLS. This 5 page script will be 8 minutes in length. Talent must self-report, arrive camera-ready and provide their own wardrobe.

Location: Albany, NY (must self-report)
Rate: $650/8 hrs. + $300 buyout + $100 travel stipend + 10% agency fee 

 

[PAUL]
Male, late 30s-early 40s, all races especially seeking BIPOC talent. PAUL is general counsel for a NYS agency. This role requires a SEASONED ACTOR with EXCELLENT MEMORIZATION SKILLS. This role requires 1 page of script memorization. Talent must self-report, arrive camera-ready and provide their own wardrobe.

Location: Albany, NY (must self-report)
Rate: $300/8 hrs. + $300 buyout + $100 travel stipend + 10% agency fee 

 

[BEN]
Male, late 20s-early 30s, all races especially seeking BIPOC talent. BEN is the vendor sales person. This role requires a SEASONED ACTOR with EXCELLENT MEMORIZATION SKILLS. This 5 page script will be 8 minutes in length. Talent must self-report, arrive camera-ready and provide their own wardrobe.

Location: Albany, NY (must self-report)
Rate: $650/8 hrs. + $300 buyout + $100 travel stipend + 10% agency fee 

 

[KELLY]
Female, late 40s-early 50s, all races especially seeking BIPOC talent. KELLY is the attorney for the vendor. This role requires a SEASONED ACTOR with EXCELLENT MEMORIZATION SKILLS. This role requires 1 page of script memorization. Talent must self-report, arrive camera-ready and provide their own wardrobe.

Location: Albany, NY (must self-report)
Rate: $300/8 hrs. + $300 buyout + $100 travel stipend + 10% agency fee 

 

SELF-TAPE INSTRUCTIONS, IN THIS ORDER:

  1. business wardrobe, make-up and hair natural, neat and polished
  2. select side(s) and film FULLY MEMORIZED with a reader, framing is from head to chest:
  3. slate: state name, pronouns, agency, height, location base
  4. state your vaccination and booster status
  5. state if you are willing to shave (men only)
  6. full body 360 rotation (frame from head to toe)
  7. include headshot, resume, reels/clips
  8. send all files via wetransfer
