Rate: $600/8 + $300 buyout + 10% + train fare or gas/tolls reimbursement (must live within 2.5 hours from Albany)

This PSA showcases how working at the New York State DMV can be as exciting, rewarding, and motivating as getting a brand-new high-end car.

 

[CLERICAL WORKER]
WOMAN and MAN identifying, 20s-40s, ALL RACES. Non-speaking role. SHOOTS 4/15 in ALBANY, NY (must live within 2.5 hours from Albany). Talent will be working inside of a DMV, performing clerical work and customer services duties. Reels are mandatory. ALL TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

[LEGAL SPECIALIST USING A WHEELCHAIR/CANE]
WOMAN and MAN identifiying, 20s-40s, ALL RACES. CASTING IS SPECIFICALLY SEEKING TALENT WHO USES A WHEELCHAIR OR CANE FOR MOBILITY. Non-speaking role. SHOOTS 4/15 in ALBANY, NY (must live within 2.5 hours from Albany). Talent will be working inside of a DMV, performing clerical work and customer services duties. Reels are mandatory.  ALL TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

[EQUIPMENT INSPECTOR] 
WOMAN and MAN, 20s-40s, ALL RACES. Non-speaking role. SHOOTS 4/16 in ALBANY, NY (must live within 2.5 hours from Albany). Talent will be working inside of a DMV, performing clerical work and customer services duties. Reels are mandatory. ALL TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE


SELF-TAPE INSTRUCTIONS:

**Make-up is natural yet professional; hair is neat and tidy; wardrobe is upscale casual

***Film against a simple background, make sure you are well lit and in focus, make sure we can hear you clearly with no background noise.

  1. CLOSE-UP (top of head to chest): State your name, agency, height and location base.
  2. State your Covid vaccination and booster status.
  3. State if you are willing to be clean shaven (if applicable)
  4. HANDS (front and back)
  5. For role, LEGAL SPECIALIST, specify if you use a wheelchair, mobility scooter or cane- MANDATORY
  6. For role, LEGAL SPECIALIST, please let us know what you need to ensure that the location is fully accessible and that you have full support on set.
