STORYLINE:
This 15-minute training video aims to provide the New York State workforce a better understanding of gender identity, pronoun usage, gender-neutral language, workplace confidentiality and disclosure, and gender-based micro aggressions. Furthermore, with this understanding, NYS employees can ensure all gender identities are respected in the workplace and that diverse, equitable, and inclusive services are available to all New Yorkers.
SEEKING:

Transgender, Non-Binary and Gender Nonconforming talent, late 20s-early 60s, all races especially seeking BIPOC talent. The HOST will anchor this 15-minute training video created for New York State employees. Due to the serious nature of this content, talent must exude warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness with a natural, conversational, and respectful delivery. Teleprompter experience a HUGE PLUS. Talent must self-report, arrive camera-ready, and provide their own wardrobe.

1. Self-Tape:
- Dress is business casual, make-up and hair is natural and polished.
- Framing is a medium shot (waist to top of head).
- Perform TGNC HOST sides (click here to download) using a teleprompter app looking directly into the camera (we MUST see your eyes straight forward)
