[NIKI/CUSTOMER]

Caucasian female, 40s.  SEASONED ACTOR, STRONG MEMORIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED. Niki is a successful pharmaceutical sales rep, disciplined and driven.  She returned to the workplace 2 years ago after taking time off to raise her 3 children while her husband established a successful architectural practice.  Niki drives a lot and does her best to be home with her family in time for dinner.  For work, she dresses like the consummate professional.  Off work, ‘Lululemon’ fits her personality.  She loves outdoor activities, Carrie Underwood and Starbucks lattes (venti with 2 shots).

[RACHEL/BMW GENIUS]

Latina female, mid 20s.  SEASONED ACTOR, STRONG MEMORIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED.  As the center’s Customer Board Advocate, Rachel is outgoing and passionate about cars and technology.  She has created many relationships through her commitment to delivering the ultimate customer experience as well as helping her colleagues do the same.  Off work, she can be found mountain biking, planning her upcoming wedding or volunteering at her local community center.

[TODD/CLIENT ADVISOR]

Caucasian male, 50s.  SEASONED ACTOR, STRONG MEMORIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED. Todd is a natural born leader, divorced with two grown kids and retired marine of 10 years.  A straight talker who customers can rely on for a fair deal and solid customer experience, which has earned him years of customer loyalty.  Todd’s focus is on getting people in the right vehicle but is also attuned to the needs of his department and prides himself on hitting his numbers each and every month.  Respected and trusted by colleagues and friends alike, Todd is active in his local community- coaching little league, doing work around the house or watching sports on TV.

[AMANDA/F&I MANAGER]

Caucasian female, late 30s.  SEASONED ACTOR, STRONG MEMORIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED.  Amanda, married with no children, has been the F&I manager for the last 6 years.  She excels in explaining details and making personal connections with customers and prides herself on the number of referrals she has generated.  Because of her natural ability to make customers feel informed, confident and at ease, customers often give feedback of better experiences with Amanda, compared to their other previous car buying experiences.  Off work, she hikes with friends and her 2 rescued dogs

[MIKE/SERVICE ADVISOR]

Asian American male, late 20s.  SEASONED ACTOR, STRONG MEMORIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED.  Former service technician, Mike decided to purse a more client facing role after his daughter was born. He still enjoys working on cars and can often be found helping his colleagues sleuth out issues in a service bay.  This helps him explain service jobs to customers, which he takes pride in making sure they understand all aspects of the work being performed or recommended.  Mike’s time out of work is spent with his young family. He’s already brought his 2 year old daughter to work and she loves looking at different cars (which he loves showing her!)

SELF-TAPE INSTRUCTIONS:

We’re looking for authenticity. If you’re best suited for two roles, then feel free to self-tape for both. LINES MUST BE MEMORIZED.  SUBMIT SEPARATE TAPES FOR EACH TAKE AND SLATE.  Submit before the deadline, the sooner the better.
