SEEKING:

 

[GIRL]
Caucasian girl, age 8-12.  Good actor with on-set experience, takes direction well, IMPROV TRAINING A HUGE PLUS.  She tries to warn her Dad, who is driving distracted, of the dangers ahead.  MUST HAVE VAILID WORK PERMIT.  PRINCIPAL

Rate:  $350/8 hrs. + 10% agency fee + $100 travel stipend

[BOY]
Caucasian boy, age 8-12.  Good actor with on-set experience, takes direction well, IMPROV TRAINING A HUGE PLUS.  He tries to warn his Dad, who is driving distracted, of the dangers ahead.  MUST HAVE VALID WORK PERMIT.  PRINCIPAL

[DAD]
Caucasian Male, age 40s.  STRONG ACTOR with improv experience.  Dad drives distracted by his cell phone, ignoring the warning signs.  PRINCIPAL

[MOM]
Caucasian Female, age 40s.  STRONG ACTOR with improv experience.  As the passenger, Mom is distracted by her cell phone, ignoring the warning signs.  EXTRA

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:  

*Deadline- 5pm Saturday, 6/15/19 (soonest is BEST)

1.  Email headshot (jpeg), resume (pdf) and include links to reels/clips

2.  Submit Self-Tape 1:

  • SLATE (upclose):  name/agency/height/weight/location base/age (minors only)
  • State:  “I can self-report to Albany” OR for DAD role, “I can self-report to Albany and be clean shaven if needed”
  • Zoom out for full body shot and profiles

3.  Submit Self-Tape 2:

  • 30 second improv for MOM/DAD:  you’re driving and enjoying time with your family, an important text comes in that you try to read, you avoid warnings given from family, you look up almost hitting a construction site
  • 30 second improv for GIRL/BOY:  you’re playing in the backseat with your sibling, jockeying for space, you look ahead and see the construction site and warn your DAD to “move over”.  Kids continue saying “Move over” until they finally yell, “DAD, MOVE OVER!!!!
  • Keep it natural, realistic and have fun with this!
